Swift Bonds works as property finance consultants trading as oobalink Cape Town North, an independently owned and operated franchise of oobalink (pty) ltd, a member of the ooba group. We are passionate about our work and, since our inception in July 2006, have placed billions worth of bond business with the Banks.
Having been in the property business for almost 40 years, we know exactly where to get the best results for our clients. We do interviews with clients telephonically, electronically or in person if requested. We are keenly aware of, and up to date with, each Bank’s lending criteria and can therefore provide expert advice.

Connie Korsten
Connie has almost 40 years of experience in the banking and bond origination business. After working in banking for around 10 years, she practised as an estate agent for a further 10 years, before returning to banking industry as a home loans consultant for a further 10 years. Connie then joined South Africa’s first large bond origination company where she worked until 2006, before starting Swift Bonds, which is now in its 15th year of business.
Given her vast base of specialist experience, Connie has a keen understanding of her clients’ needs as well as the interests of the banks and expertly balances the two to secure the best deal for her clients.
Connie personally oversees each application to ensure that Swift Bonds’ clients benefit from the best results in the shortest time – she prides herself on outstanding service levels and commitment.
